Expertise in Processing, Commitment to Quality
Manufacturer and exporter of petrochemical products including liquid paraffin, solid paraffin wax, foots oil, petroleum jelly, and slack wax, meeting global standards
Industrial Liquid Paraffin, also recognized as high-purity mineral oil, is a colorless and odorless fluid widely utilized as a highly efficient lubricant, plasticizer, and carrier medium in key sectors such as textiles, rubber, plastics, and wood processing. Boasting exceptional chemical and thermal stability, this product ensures optimal performance, minimizes friction, and guarantees the safety of demanding industrial processes.
Light Grade Solid Paraffin Wax is a fully refined, snow-white, and odorless petrochemical wax with an exceptionally low oil content (typically under 1%). Due to its specific melting point and high purity, this product serves as the ideal primary raw material for sensitive and high-quality applications, including premium candle making, food-grade packaging, textiles, and the production of advanced protective coatings.
Heavy Grade Solid Paraffin Wax is a high-purity petrochemical wax characterized by its macro-crystalline structure, a melting point exceeding 62∘C62^\circ\text{C}62∘C, and exceptional thermal stability. Due to its superior hardness and specific rheological properties, it serves as a critical functional additive—acting as an anti-ozonant in the rubber industry, a viscosity modifier in hot-melt adhesives, and an external lubricant in PVC processing.
Industrial Petroleum Jelly (Petrolatum) is a semi-solid, petroleum-based compound with exceptional hydrophobic and protective properties. It serves as a vital lubricant, corrosion inhibitor, and sealing agent across the metal, automotive, rubber, and leather industries. Its chemical stability and ability to form a durable protective layer make it an indispensable raw material for optimizing industrial maintenance and production processes.
Foots Oil, also known as Residue Wax, is a high-oil byproduct of the paraffin manufacturing process, serving as a highly economical raw material across various industries. Thanks to its excellent hydrophobic and lubricating properties, it is widely utilized in particleboard and MDF manufacturing, match making, polishes, and as an anti-caking agent in fertilizers.
Slack Wax, the primary raw material for manufacturing paraffin wax, is a mixture of wax and oil with a variable oil content ranging from 5%5\%5% to 35%35\%35%. It serves as the main feedstock for de-oiling units and is also utilized directly as a highly economical solution in industries such as particleboard and MDF manufacturing, candle making, and the production of waterproof coatings.

The partnership with Kimia Farayand Razi begins when you submit an inquiry. Clients specify their required product (Slack Wax, Paraffin Wax, Industrial Petroleum Jelly, etc.) and volume via our online form, email, or direct call. Our sales experts promptly provide the latest pricing, payment terms, and delivery methods by issuing an official Proforma Invoice (PI) containing all order details. This step is designed to build trust, ensure transparency, and facilitate your decision-making process.
Once the client approves the Proforma Invoice, the final order is registered in our system. Following the agreed-upon payment settlement, the production and loading schedule is organized. Throughout this stage, direct and continuous communication is maintained between the buyer and our support team to ensure any necessary modifications are addressed precisely before production and final dispatch commence.
Upon final order confirmation, our logistics and warehousing team executes the packaging process according to the specific product type. Drums and pallets are secured with industrial shrink wrap and labeled with clear identification tags detailing weight, batch number, and production date. Strict adherence to safety principles and engineered stacking layout ensures the cargo reaches its destination without any damage.
After packaging, the cargo is loaded into standard ISO tanks or trucks. Transportation is carried out under the supervision of the safety department, accompanied by all relevant permits. At the delivery point, representatives of both the company and the buyer verify the quantity, physical integrity of the drums/packaging, and specifications. For Kimia Farayand Razi, the sales process is only complete when full customer satisfaction is achieved and flawless goods are delivered.
