The partnership with Kimia Farayand Razi begins when you submit an inquiry. Clients specify their required product (Slack Wax, Paraffin Wax, Industrial Petroleum Jelly, etc.) and volume via our online form, email, or direct call. Our sales experts promptly provide the latest pricing, payment terms, and delivery methods by issuing an official Proforma Invoice (PI) containing all order details. This step is designed to build trust, ensure transparency, and facilitate your decision-making process.
Once the client approves the Proforma Invoice, the final order is registered in our system. Following the agreed-upon payment settlement, the production and loading schedule is organized. Throughout this stage, direct and continuous communication is maintained between the buyer and our support team to ensure any necessary modifications are addressed precisely before production and final dispatch commence.
Upon final order confirmation, our logistics and warehousing team executes the packaging process according to the specific product type. Drums and pallets are secured with industrial shrink wrap and labeled with clear identification tags detailing weight, batch number, and production date. Strict adherence to safety principles and engineered stacking layout ensures the cargo reaches its destination without any damage.
After packaging, the cargo is loaded into standard ISO tanks or trucks. Transportation is carried out under the supervision of the safety department, accompanied by all relevant permits. At the delivery point, representatives of both the company and the buyer verify the quantity, physical integrity of the drums/packaging, and specifications.
